Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Innovative Touring (“Innovative Touring”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Innovative Touring website at www.yourinfinitenetwork.com, the installed web app, the booking email addresses we provide, and every related feature (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you create a business or organization account, or manage an artist on an organization's behalf, you agree to these Terms for yourself and for that organization, and you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is for working musicians, performers, managers, promoters, venues and the organizations that support them. We may refuse, suspend or close an account at our discretion, including when we cannot verify who you are.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
  • Keep your password private and turn on two-step verification in Settings if you can. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
  • Tell us promptly at booking@yourinfinitenetwork.com if you believe someone else has used your account.
  • You need a verified email address to use most of the Service.
  • One person, one account. Organizations may have one organization account with several members.

3. Identity verification

Every account must upload a government-issued photo ID when it signs up. We use the document only to confirm that you are a real adult and, for organizations, that someone real stands behind the account. We check uploads automatically and may also review them by hand. Submitting an ID does not guarantee approval. We may reject a document, ask for a different one, or limit what an unverified account can do. Our Privacy Policy explains how ID documents are stored, who can see them, and when they are deleted.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to the Service: your profile, photos, posts, comments, links, notes, messages, pitches and the content of your booking email (“Your Content”). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to run, secure and improve the Service. That includes showing your profile and posts to other signed-in members, delivering your messages and email, generating the drafts you ask for, and keeping backups. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups for a limited time and copies other members already received, such as a message you sent them.

You confirm that you own or have the rights to Your Content, including the music, images and names in it, and that sharing it through the Service does not break any law or agreement.

5. Community features

The Service includes a home feed, artist profiles, friend connections, direct messages and communities. Content you post is visible to other signed-in members as each feature describes. Members can report and block one another, and community organizers can manage membership in their communities. We may remove content, hide a profile, or suspend an account that breaks these Terms, and we may keep records of reports for abuse handling.

6. Booking outreach and email

When you set up booking, we assign your account an email address on our domain. The Service can prepare pitches to venues, promoters and other bookers, send email from that address on your behalf once you approve it, and deliver replies to your in-app mailbox. For this feature you agree that:

  • You are the sender of every message that leaves your booking address. Review each one. You are responsible for its content and for complying with the laws that apply to commercial email where you and your recipients are, including honoring requests to stop.
  • We may limit how many messages you can send, how often a venue can be contacted by anyone on the Service, and which venues can be contacted at all. We keep a do-not-contact list and we enforce it. A venue or person who asks not to be contacted is removed for every member, not just for you.
  • You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, to contact anyone outside the context of booking live performances, or to import your own mailing lists for sending.
  • Venue and contact information in the Service is for use inside the Service. You may not export, scrape, sell or share it.
  • Any booking, fee, deposit, rider or performance agreement is between you and the venue or promoter. We are not a party to it, we do not process payments for it, and we do not guarantee that anyone will reply or book you.

7. AI-assisted features

Some features use AI models to draft posts, suggest people and venues to connect with, summarize activity, and prepare pitches. These are drafts. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they may not reflect what a venue actually wants. Nothing an AI feature prepares is posted, sent or saved to anyone else without your confirmation. You are responsible for what you confirm. Do not rely on AI output for legal, financial or safety decisions.

8. Fees

The Service is free to use today. If we introduce paid features we will tell you what they cost before you are charged, and continuing to use a paid feature after that notice means you accept the price. Free features will not start charging you without your agreement.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, defame or discriminate against members, venues or anyone else;
  • impersonate anyone, misrepresent your identity, your act or your affiliation, or upload someone else's ID;
  • post or send sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence, or content that promotes self-harm;
  • send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial email through the Service;
  • upload malware, probe or overload our systems, or try to reach accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use;
  • scrape, crawl, copy, resell or redistribute the Service, its venue directory or other members' content;
  • use automated tools to create accounts, post, message or send email, other than the features we provide;
  • work around any limit, suspension, block or do-not-contact rule.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email booking@yourinfinitenetwork.com with the work you own, where the infringing content appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Suspension, termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent; our Privacy Policy describes what is removed and what we may keep. You can also download a copy of your data from Settings before you delete.

We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you break these Terms, create risk for other members or for us, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why. Sections 4, 6, 9 and 12 to 17 survive termination.

12. Third-party services

We run the Service on third-party infrastructure, including hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, document analysis and AI model providers. The Service also links to sites we do not control, such as your own links and venue websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services or for how they handle your information. Their terms apply to your use of them.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We do not guarantee bookings, replies, audience, income, or any particular result, and we do not vouch for any member, venue or promoter.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Innovative Touring and the people who work on it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, lost revenue, lost data or reputational harm, arising out of or related to the Service, even if we were told it was possible. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Innovative Touring and the people who work on it from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, the email you send through the Service, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to email us at booking@yourinfinitenetwork.com describing the problem and to give us thirty days to try to resolve it with you. Any claim that is not resolved that way must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either side may seek relief in small-claims court where available.

17. General terms

  • Changes. We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Using the Service after the change means you accept the new Terms. If you do not, stop using the Service and delete your account.
  • Whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • Severability and waiver. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else. We may assign them to a successor that takes over the Service, and we will tell you if we do.
  • Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. Send notices to us at booking@yourinfinitenetwork.com.
