Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what Innovative Touring (“we”, “us”) collects when you use www.yourinfinitenetwork.com, the installed web app, the booking email addresses we provide and every related feature (the “Service”), how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It also explains how we handle information about venues and booking contacts who are not members.

1. Information we collect

  • Account: your name, email address, account type (artist or business) and, if you turn it on, the two-step verification setup for your account. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.
  • Identity documents: the image or PDF of the government-issued ID you upload, the document type you choose, and the result of the automated check. Section 3 covers these in detail.
  • Profile and activity: your artist or organization name, @handle, photo, bio, city, genres and tags, links, posts and photos, comments, likes, friend connections, blocks and reports, direct messages, communities you join or run, and notifications.
  • Booking: your booking setup (home city, travel radius, target cities, genres, venue preferences, capacity and age preferences, excluded venues), the pitches you approve, the email sent from and received at your booking address, including attachments, and a record of which venues were contacted and when.
  • AI features: your conversations with the AI booking partner, the notes and links you give it, and the drafts it prepares for you.
  • Notifications: your notification preferences and, if you turn on push notifications, a push endpoint and browser type for each device you enable.
  • Technical information: the sign-in tokens and settings kept in your browser so the app works and remembers you, and standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How we use information

  • to run the Service: your profile, feed, connections, messages, communities, bookings and mailbox;
  • to verify that each account belongs to a real adult and to keep fraudulent and duplicate accounts off the platform;
  • to prepare drafts and suggestions you ask for with AI features, and to rank the people and venues the Service suggests to you;
  • to send the email you approve to venues, deliver their replies to you, and enforce sending limits and do-not-contact requests;
  • to send you notifications you have turned on, and service email about your account (verification codes, password resets, data exports, important changes);
  • to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, investigate reports and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • to meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Identity documents

  • Where it goes. Your ID upload goes straight to private, encrypted storage that only our systems and, when needed, our two administrators can reach. It is never shown on your profile, to other members, to venues, or to anyone outside Innovative Touring and the providers in section 5.
  • How it is checked. An automated document-analysis service reads the upload to confirm it is a real identity document. A person may also review it. We do not use third-party identity-verification vendors and we do not build a copy of your ID data for any other purpose.
  • What we keep. The document, its type, the date you submitted it and the status (pending, verified or rejected). If you upload a replacement, the previous document is deleted. The document is deleted when you delete your account. Your data export includes the status and document type only, never the image.

4. How information is shared

  • With other members: your profile, posts, comments and community activity are visible to signed-in members as each feature describes. Direct messages are visible to the people in the conversation. Your email address and ID are never shown to members.
  • With venues and bookers: the pitches and replies you approve, sent from your booking address, together with the profile details you choose to include. Venues see your booking address, not your personal email.
  • With your organization: if you join a business account, its members can see and act on the artist profiles and booking work the organization manages.
  • With service providers: the companies in section 5, under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing their service to us.
  • For legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our members, the public or us.
  • In a business transfer: if Innovative Touring is acquired or merges, your information may transfer to the successor, which will be bound by this policy until it tells you otherwise.

5. Service providers and where information is processed

The Service runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (US West, Oregon). AWS provides our authentication (Amazon Cognito), databases and file storage, email sending and receiving (Amazon SES), the document-analysis service used for ID checks (Amazon Textract), and the AI models behind our AI features (Amazon Bedrock). The website itself is served by Vercel. These providers process information on our instructions. The AI model provider does not use your content to train its models. Your information is stored and processed in the United States; if you use the Service from elsewhere, you are sending it there.

6. Venues and booking contacts who are not members

To help artists find places to play, we keep a directory of venues and other bookable places with business contact details: a venue's name, website, type, genres booked, capacity and age policy, and the booking email address or phone published for it. We collect this from venues themselves, from our team's research of venue websites and public listings, and from venues that sign up. We use it only to let members send booking pitches through the Service. Members never see these contact details; the Service looks them up at the moment a message is sent.

We keep a ledger of when a venue was last contacted so that no venue is flooded, and we honor do-not-contact requests for everyone on the Service, not just the member who received the request. If you are a venue or booker and want your details corrected or removed, or want no further email from members of the Service, reply “stop” to any message or write to booking@yourinfinitenetwork.com. Removal applies platform-wide and is permanent unless you ask us to reverse it.

7. Email and notifications

Your booking email is stored so it appears in your in-app mailbox, and it is included in your data export and deleted with your account. Account email (verification codes, password resets, export links, important notices) comes from no-reply@yourinfinitenetwork.com and cannot be turned off while you have an account. Activity notifications by push or email are optional; you choose topics and channels in Settings, and every notification email includes an unsubscribe link.

8. Retention and deletion

  • While you have an account we keep your information so the Service works. You can edit your profile, booking setup, notification preferences and most content yourself.
  • Download your data. In Settings you can request an export: a ZIP of your account, profile, posts and photos, comments, friends, messages, notifications, bookings and settings, AI conversations, communities and reports you filed. It is available to you for seven days, then deleted.
  • Delete your account. In Settings you can delete your account immediately. We remove your sign-in, profile and handle; your posts, photos, comments and likes; your friendships, blocks and requests; your direct messages, for the other person too; your notifications and devices; your bookings workspace, booking mailbox and mail; your AI conversations; your community and organization memberships; and your ID verification record and documents, including stored file versions. If you are the only owner of an organization or community that still has other members, you must transfer or delete it first.
  • What may remain. Database backups can hold deleted records for up to 35 days before they age out. Reports other members filed about an account are kept for abuse handling and contain only an account identifier. Copies of messages and email you sent to other people remain with those people. We may keep limited records where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.

9. Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. ID documents sit in private storage with no public access. Access to production systems is limited to the two people who run the Service. Sign-in uses industry-standard authentication with optional two-step verification, and you can sign out of every device from Settings. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password and tell us at booking@yourinfinitenetwork.com if you suspect a problem.

10. Your choices and rights

You can see and change most of your information in the app, download a copy of it, and delete your account, all from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request we cannot serve through the app, email booking@yourinfinitenetwork.com from the address on your account. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law allows. If you are in a state or country with a privacy regulator, you may also contact them.

11. Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account, and we require a government ID for that reason. If you believe a minor has an account, email booking@yourinfinitenetwork.com and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
